The Ancora Hotel, purchased by Renzo Rosso in Cortina D'Ampezzo, is a beautiful hotel overlooking the main street of the beautiful town in the Dolomites.
The owners, in order to date the hotel with a high-end restaurant, have already formed a partnership last year with the Alajmo family, who already own several successful restaurants.
Hostaria is a "temporary restaurant" conceived by Massimiliano and Raffaele Alajmo, developed on the basis of the experience gained with the summer venue Hostaria in Certosa, which debuted last summer in Venice.
Once again, VOID Acoustics products, which have already been used to great satisfaction in other locations, were chosen for the audio system.
What the client wanted in this case was diffuse music, very uniform and with the right profession, but above all with a very high acoustic quality... "The Alajmo brothers' taste in sound is very clear and they have long appreciated VOID Acoustics systems. In this case, there was no need for particularly high volumes, but rather a very uniform sound and above all a very good bass presence at both low and high volumes" Luca adds.
In fact, very often poorly performing audio systems tend to lose that presence and involvement in the bass when volumes are low, while on the other hand it's easier to get the typical 'punch' by turning up the volume.
"The thing I had to be very careful about was maintaining the same quality at any volume, without distortion or loss of involvement. The ideal product in this case was, once again, the Air 8, which also has a very good aesthetic impact"
"I confess that more than once I've seen people taking pictures or selfies in front of these speakers and in a context like this, in Cortina, this is an aspect that is anything but negligible" concludes Luca.
