RAY is the first professional XLR microphone with a dedicated MUTE button. You get clear visual feedback when MUTE is engaged, and it also works when MUTE by Distance is activated. This convenient way to control your audio is perfect for streaming, podcasts, and video meetings.

A 1-inch true condenser capsule is the “gold standard” for detailed vocal recordings. RAY’s gold-sputtered capsule comes with a cardioid polar pattern that records everything in front of the microphone while rejecting sound coming from behind.

With an incredibly low self-noise of just 8 dB(A), and the capability to handle sound pressure levels of up to 131 dBSPL, RAY will ensure your performance is never limited on the technical side.

With AURA off, RAY delivers the same outstanding results for vocal and instrument recordings as LEWITT’s best-selling studio recording microphone, the LCT 440 PURE. RAY uses a completely analog signal path and a gold-plated 3-pin XLR connector to integrate it to your current audio setup. All features are powered via the 48V phantom power coming from your audio interface or preamp.
