There are so many applications where a wireless microphone, while keeping professional audio quality, is required to be as portable and easy to use as possible. It happens very often that even the most experienced and demanding users struggle when they have to solve interference problems during their performances. Nowadays, moreover, the increasing number of smartphones and other devices, Wi-Fi, digital TV, etc., make the frequency spectrum more and more critical.
Soundsation is well aware of this state of affairs and knows very well the needs of its users, which is why it decided to use digital technology also in the automatic selection of frequencies (16 channels in the case of the PockeMic U16) by choosing the least disturbed ones, but also in the automatic synchronization between transmitter and receiver. All with the greatest possible simplicity: just turn them on and after a few fractions of a second the game is done; you just need to make sure the batteries are charged.
Collapse textThe use of more and more sophisticated and integrated digital technologies makes it possible to reduce size in circuitry while maintaining a high quality. If we add the experience of Soundsation in selecting quality components to enhance vocal performance and increase sturdiness and portability, and you get a successful product like PocketMic U16.
Each transmitter has 16 channels that are automatically selected by the system when it is switched on. The selection is based on an algorithm that identifies the channels with the least amount of interference. Both the transmitter and receiver display the battery level, and no special setup is required: just make sure the batteries are charged, connect the receiver to a mixer or sound system, turn on the receiver and transmitter, and everything is ready to use.
